Sam Roberts

Sam Roberts is an experienced project and programme manager, currently serving as Project Manager for electricity distribution price control (ED3) at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks since September 2025. Prior roles include Programme Manager for Energy Customer Solutions in Distributed Energy at SSE plc and Lead Programme Manager at Centrica, where responsibilities included the development of low-carbon products. Earlier positions at British Gas involved managing smart metering changes and leading commercial initiatives within the Connected Homes team. Sam's career began as a Product Manager at Landmark Information Group, focused on product development and market analysis. An alumnus of the University of Bristol, Sam holds a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Geography.
