Graeme Lowe has extensive experience in the banking sector, with a strong background in leading change and transformation initiatives. Graeme has held various managerial and consulting roles in well-known financial institutions such as CYBG PLC, The Co-operative Bank plc, Lloyds Banking Group, Northern Rock, Tesco Personal Finance, and Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Graeme is currently serving as the Head of Change Delivery at Scottish Building Society. Throughout their career, Graeme has successfully managed and delivered a wide range of programmes and projects focused on regulatory compliance, cost reduction, customer service enhancement, and strategic development.
