Leanne Harmon is currently the Financial Crime and Operational Risk Manager at Scottish Building Society. Before their current role, Leanne worked at NatWest Group for a significant period of time, holding various titles such as Transformation Delivery Lead, Outsourcing Risk Specialist, Operational Risk Manager, Senior Digital Risk Manager, Head of Live Service & Operations, Live Operations Manager, and Risk Manager for Direct Bank. Leanne has a strong background in managing operational and regulatory risks, implementing risk management frameworks, and leading teams to ensure efficient risk oversight and management. Leanne graduated with a BSc Hons in Immunology & Microbiology from the University of Strathclyde in 2002.
