Kate Temple

Kate Temple currently serves as the Team Leader in Legal Services at Scottish Enterprise, a position held since July 2015. Prior to this role, Kate was In-House Counsel at TGC Renewables from 2011 to April 2015, specializing in solar farm development. At Speechly Bircham, from 2003 to 2010, Kate acted as a Partner, focusing on developers involved in large residential and mixed-use projects, handling joint ventures and various property transactions. Earlier, Kate worked as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 2001 to 2003, advising on property investment sales and acquisitions, and as a Solicitor at Jones Day from 1995 to 2001, providing counsel to property developers and retailers. Educational qualifications include an LLM in International Human Rights, a BA (Hons) in English Literature, and diplomas in law and legal practice.
