Fraser McLatchie

Fraser plays a lead role in deal structuring, valuations and the financial analysis of new investments. He also assists SEP portfolio companies in capital restructuring and financing.

He was a key member of the team supporting SEP’s investment in global travel search business Skyscanner prior to its £1.5 billion sale to Chinese travel agency Trip.com in 2016 and was also heavily involved in our investment in travel technology company Dohop where he acts as a board observer. Fraser sits on the board of Peppermint Technology, the cloud software provider to the legal sector and co-led SEP’s recent investment in credit marketplace business TotallyMoney as part of the company’s £29 million fundraise. He also works closely with online car finance specialist Zuto and innovative energy grid management software company Smarter Grid Solutions.

He holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and is a member of the BVCA’s Performance Measurement Survey Review Board.
