Rachael Williamson Chartered FCIPD has a diverse work experience in human resources. Rachael started their career in 1996 at KPMG, where they served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Rachael then moved to Shell Financial Services, where they worked as the Head of Human Resources for the company's European finance operations. Rachael also worked as a Director at Straight Talking HR, providing generalist HR support to various businesses. Rachael then joined Tesco Bank as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for managing all aspects of HR for the Technology, Change, and Enterprise Services. Currently, they hold the role of Human Resources Director at Scottish Equity Partners (SEP), where they work to help management maximize company growth and value.

Rachael Williamson Chartered FCIPD pursued a Diploma in Personnel Management at the University of Portsmouth from 1991 to 1992. Additionally, from 1987 to 1990, they attended Staffordshire University and obtained an Upper Second degree in Sociology & Psychology.
