Gareth Hughes is a qualified Paramedic, Ambulance Technician, and Health and Safety Trainer with experience working at the Scottish Ambulance Service, BTAC Ltd, SECC, and St Andrew's First Aid. Gareth is also the Owner of Athos Training, where Gareth delivers health and safety courses in areas such as First Aid, Manual Handling, People Handling, Fire Safety, Environmental, and Risk Assessment. Gareth holds a Bsc in Geography from the University of Glasgow.
