Rucelle Soutar

Rucelle Soutar is an experienced finance and operations executive with a strong background in various leadership roles within organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo and a Trustee at The Scottish Football Partnership Trust, Rucelle also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at the Scottish Football Association. Previously, Rucelle completed a four-year term as a Board Trustee for the National Galleries of Scotland and worked as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Finance at The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo from 2014 to 2020. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Member for Lothian Pension Fund and holding the role of Finance & Operations Director at ProjectScotland, along with early career experience as Head of Finance at RZSS - Edinburgh Zoo.
