Regan Peggs is the Principal Solicitor and founder of Regan Peggs Solicitors, established in 2015 in Birmingham, specializing in criminal defense, prosecution advocacy, fraud, business law, and various other legal areas. Since March 2021, Regan Peggs has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has served as a retained firefighter with the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and a Coastguard Rescue Officer with HM Coastguard since March 2022. Regan Peggs held multiple leadership positions at Birmingham Law Society from April 2016 to April 2020, including Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Criminal Sub-Committee. Additionally, from August 2014 to December 2017, Regan Peggs served as Vice Chair of Governors for Ronald McDonald House Charities in Birmingham, supporting families of hospitalized children. Previous experience includes roles as an associate lecturer in law at the Open University and legal positions at Cartwright King, Williamson & Soden, and Regan's Majesty's Court Service. Regan Peggs holds a degree in Law and Criminology from Birmingham City University, completed between 1998 and 2002.
