Shashi Ganti

Shashi Ganti is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources with extensive experience in total rewards and staffing. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Deloitte India since February 2016, Shashi has held the role of Associate Vice President within the same organization. Prior to joining Deloitte, Shashi worked at BA Continuum Solutions Pvt Ltd from March 2006 to February 2016, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources and leading a team in staffing consultancy. Shashi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Maths, Physics, and Computer Sciences from Osmania University.
