Cherry Shek

Cherry Shek is an experienced data professional currently serving as the Interim Head of Data Engineering at the Scottish Funding Council since May 2023, having previously held the position of Senior Data Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as a Data Scientist at Deliveroo, where Cherry restructured code to enhance automation, developed a customer segmentation model that improved CRM campaigns, and conducted spatial analysis for new grocery store locations.
