Martin Boyle

Martin Boyle is currently working as the Director of Policy, Insight & Analytics at the Scottish Funding Council since May 2020. Prior to this, he held the position of Director of Planning, Insight & Analytics at the University of Glasgow from May 2012 to May 2020. He has also served at The Scottish Government from May 2002 to April 2012, where he worked in Higher Education policy and as the Head of Bus and Taxi Policy. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Strathclyde, Martin has extensive experience in strategic planning, business intelligence, and policy development.
