Zara D. is an experienced legal professional with a focus on corporate law and investment legal matters. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Investment Legal at The Scottish National Investment Bank since November 2021, Zara has a strong background in corporate legal advisory roles, having previously held positions such as Director of the Corporate Group at MBM Commercial LLP and Senior Associate at Dentons. Earlier career highlights include roles as Associate Legal Counsel at Braveheart Investment Group plc and Corporate Solicitor at Kerr Stirling LLP. Zara began legal training at Brodies LLP and holds a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde and an LLB (Hons) in Law with Banking and Corporate Finance from Glasgow Caledonian University.
