George Adam has served as the Member of the Scottish Parliament for the Paisley Constituency since May 2011. In addition to this role, George Adam has been a member of the Scottish National Party since March 1987 and held the position of Minister for Parliamentary Business in the Scottish Government from May 2021 to April 2024. Prior to these roles, George Adam was a Councillor for Renfrewshire Council from May 2007 to May 2012.
