Allan Ferguson has over 30 years of work experience in various IT roles. Allan has held positions at companies such as ScottishPower, William Grant & Sons, SAIC, JP Morgan, HarperCollins Publishers, Goldbergs Ltd, and Terex.

At ScottishPower, Allan served as the UK Director of Technology, Platforms Operations and Cloud, leading a team of IT professionals and overseeing infrastructure, operations, and communications. Prior to this, they were the UK Digital Team Lead, responsible for establishing and managing the IT digital function in the UK.

During their tenure at William Grant & Sons, Allan served as the Chief Technology Officer and was responsible for managing the Technical Services team, providing support for a global business operation.

Allan Ferguson attended Coatbridge College from 1987 to 1988, where they obtained a degree in Computer Data Processing (SNC). Allan also holds a certification as a Java Certified Software Professional from Sun Microsystems.
