Daniel Borton Ceng

Daniel Borton CEng is a Senior Project Manager at ScottishPower, specializing in O&M Major Projects since July 2023. Prior to this role, Borton held the position of Senior Project Manager at Arup from June 2022 to July 2023 and served at Petrofac from September 2013 to June 2022, culminating in the role of Maintenance Delivery Lead for BP Clair and Glen Lyon. Borton’s expertise spans various engineering roles, including Reliability Engineer, Mechanical Integrity Engineer, and Completions Engineer, with prior experience as a Mechanical Engineer focused on standardizing maintenance plans for Woodside sites. Borton began a professional journey as a Mechanical Engineering Summer Intern with BP in 2012. Borton earned a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and furthered studies at the Czech Technical University in Prague, alongside a foundational education at Robert Gordons College.
