John McMullen

John McMullen is a seasoned professional in health and safety management, currently serving as the Director of Group Health & Safety Services at ScottishPower since August 2023. Prior to this role, John held several key positions, including Head of Health & Safety and Head of SHE at The Scottish Salmon Company from January 2019 to September 2023. John also worked as a QSE Manager at A G Barr plc from August 2016 to December 2018 and served as Compliance Manager at The Glenmorangie Company Ltd from December 2007 to August 2016. Earlier experience includes Environmental Manager at Babcock Marine Ltd and Quality Manager at Barr Construction Ltd. John holds a BEng(Hons) in Engineering with Management, Manufacturing Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
