Lynda Carroll

Lynda Carroll is an experienced regulatory and policy professional currently serving as Regulation Manager at ScottishPower since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lynda held various positions at Ofgem from March 2012 to September 2023, including Head of Strategic Transmission Charging Reform and Senior Policy Manager for Code Governance Reform. Lynda also has a background in economics, having worked as an Analyst at Barclays Capital for a short-term contract in 2012, and served as Account Manager at Software Spectrum from 2001 to 2003, managing strategic accounts across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
