Lee Carr

Lee Carr is an experienced Maintenance Services Manager at the Scottish Prison Service since September 2022, overseeing compliance, assurance, national contracts, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) across all Scottish prisons. Prior to this role, Lee served as the Engineering and Facilities Manager at Edinburgh Airport Ltd from April 2007 to September 2022, where responsibilities included budget management, compliance, contract management, critical services oversight, leading change initiatives, energy management, and project delivery. Lee holds a Post Graduate degree in Energy and Building Services from Heriot-Watt University, a BEng (Hons) in Engineering from The Open University, and an HND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Adam Smith College.
