Rachel Bell

Rachel Bell has extensive experience in leadership and customer service roles, primarily within the aviation and public sectors. Since January 2021, Rachel has served as Theme Lead: Leadership at the Scottish Prison Service, where responsibilities have included learning and development management and talent management. Previously, Rachel contributed to the Customer Forum (Water) from May 2017 to March 2021, helping to shape the strategic plan for Scottish Water through customer research and collaboration. Rachel's career at Edinburgh Airport spanned from 1998 to 2016, starting as a Control Centre and Information Desk Assistant and progressing to various managerial roles, including Service Delivery Manager, where a team of nine was led to enhance passenger experience. Rachel holds an MA (Hons) in Economic and Social History from The University of Edinburgh.
