Simon MacLellan

Simon MacLellan currently serves as the Freshwater Compliance & Production Support Manager at Scottish Sea Farms since June 2022. Prior to this role, Simon held the position of RAS Assistant Manager at Mowi Scotland from October 2016 to June 2022, where responsibilities included supporting daily site operations and managing husbandry and plant routines. From October 2011 to October 2016, Simon worked at Marine Harvest (Scotland) Ltd, initially as a RAS Hatchery Technician and later as a Hatchery Technician in Flow Through, focusing on husbandry tasks such as vaccination and grading, and gaining comprehensive knowledge of recirculation systems. Simon holds an SVQ Level 3 in Aquaculture and Management and an SVQ Level 2 in Aquaculture, both from UHI.
