Jane Reilly

Jane Reilly is an accomplished HR and organizational development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Business Partner at the Scottish Social Services Council since August 2024, Jane previously held the position of Head of HR & OD at Blackwood Homes and Care from July 2022 to August 2024. Prior to that, Jane worked at Hillcrest for over a decade in roles including Senior Organisational Development Partner and Human Resources Business Partner. Earlier experience includes positions such as Training Specialist at Alliance Trust Savings and HR Officer at Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa. Jane began their career at Aviva as a Delivery and Design Consultant in HR. Jane's education was completed at St Johns RC Dundee.
