Rhoda McVey has a diverse work experience in various roles. Rhoda started their career in 2006 as the owner of Making Strides, where they specialized in coaching in equestrianism. In 2007, they worked as a First Aid Trainer for CHS Training, primarily providing training for the British Horse Society in Scotland.
In 2010, Rhoda joined the Royal Bank of Scotland as a PMO Analyst Contractor, where they played a key role in developing the governance and PMO function for Fraud Ops Change. Rhoda worked with the bank for 42 months and implemented the use of Connections and Planview for reporting procedures.
In 2014, Rhoda moved to Scottish Widows and held several roles, including PMO Analyst, PMO Manager in Corporate Pensions, Business Support Lab Lead, and Business Support Platform Lead. In these positions, they provided PMO support, developed expertise in agile methodologies, and contributed to various projects and programs within the company.
Throughout their career, Rhoda has demonstrated adaptability, expertise in project management, and a commitment to embracing new ways of working.
Rhoda McVey attended the University of Strathclyde from 1979 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Administration.
