Kevin McGeough is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in urban design, strategy, and placemaking. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Placemaking at Ebbsfleet Development Corporation since January 2016, Kevin is instrumental in developing the vision for Ebbsfleet Garden City. Additionally, Kevin leads the Healthy New Town Programme, focusing on designing health services and promoting healthier living environments. Kevin has held various roles, including Design Review Panel Member for Architecture and Design Scotland, Head of Corporate Strategy at the Homes and Communities Agency, and National Policy Manager at English Partnerships, where significant contributions to housing standards and regeneration projects were made. Kevin's educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Urban Design from Oxford Brookes University and degrees in Architecture from Newcastle University and the University of Dundee.
