Beth Scott

Assistant Environment Forest Manager (graduate) at Scottish Woodlands Ltd

Beth Scott is currently an Assistant Environment Forest Manager (Graduate) at Scottish Woodlands Ltd, focusing on woodland surveys and environmental compliance. Previously, Beth completed an MSc in Environmental Forestry at Bangor University and worked as a Climbing Wall Instructor at Indy Climbing Wall. Experience also includes roles as an Interpretive Guide and Refuge Assistant at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, where Beth educated the public on grizzly bear biology and monitored bear behavior. Additional positions include Field Research Assistant at Team Shrub, Adventure Activities Instructor at Active Stirling, and Seasonal Ranger at Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. Beth holds a 1st Class Bachelor of Science with Honours in Ecological and Environmental Sciences from The University of Edinburgh, along with a year of study in Ecology at the University of Otago.
