Elizabeth MacCarthaigh

Elizabeth MacCarthaigh has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Elizabeth started their career as a Winner Fulfillment Intern at Pop2Life Creative Marketing Promotion PR in 2011. Elizabeth then worked as an Events Intern at Creighton University from 2012 to 2013. From 2012, they joined Conagra Brands and held various positions including Associate HR Generalist, HR Generalist, HR Analyst, and Senior HR Analyst, with a focus on executive compensation and equity. In 2018, Elizabeth joined Scoular as a Senior HR Analyst, and later progressed to roles such as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Director, Total Rewards, leading teams in compensation, benefits, payroll, HR shared services, and HR data analytics. Their extensive experience includes driving strategic initiatives, coordinating HR activities for mergers and acquisitions, and leading total rewards programs.

Elizabeth MacCarthaigh earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy from Creighton University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Elizabeth also obtained a CEP certification from the CEP Institute at Santa Clara University in 2017.
