Steven M.

Steven M. has a strong background in quality assurance and food safety, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Steven is currently serving as the Vice President of Food Safety Quality Regulatory and Innovation at Scoular since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Food Safety, Quality and Innovation from August 2019 to October 2022 at Petsource by Scoular. Steven M. also worked as the Vice President of Quality at Michael Foods from September 2017 to August 2019. Before that, they served as the Director of Manufacturing Quality at Instinct from December 2015 to September 2017. Steven M.'s earlier experience includes roles such as Quality Assurance Manager at Conagra Brands from May 2011 to December 2015, Quality / R&D Manufacturing Manager at Monogram Foods from April 2010 to May 2011, and Quality and Research at Triumph Foods, L.L.C from December 2005 to April 2010. Steven M. has a Master's degree in Food Science from Kansas State University. Steven also has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership from the University of Arizona. Additionally, they hold a Graduate Certificate in Food Safety and Defense from Kansas State University, a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Missouri Western State University. Steven M. has obtained certifications in Advanced SQF from SQFI, NSF-IFSEA HACCP Manager (HACCP) from NSF International, and PCQI from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA).
