Sean O'Toole

Sean O'Toole is currently serving as the Lead Counsel and Executive Director of Contracts at Scout Clinical, part of the Meeting Protocol Family. Previously, Sean worked as an Attorney at Axiom, with a focus on contract drafting and negotiation in Clinical R&D. Sean has also held roles at PRA Health Sciences, Self-Employed as a Freelance Writer, Meyers, Roman, Friedberg & Lewis as a Law Clerk, and more. Sean's education background includes a Doctor of Law - JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Duquesne University.
