Brandy Baldwin-Gilbert

Brandy Baldwin-Gilbert has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Brandy is currently the Owner of Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Parks since October 2016, where they oversee a 42,000 square foot family entertainment facility. Additionally, Brandy served as the Secretary of the Franchise Advisory Council (FAC) at Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Parks from April 2019 to August 2021.

In 2020, Brandy took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Slinging Green, LLC dba Crisp & Green Blaine, a fast-casual scratch-made brand. Brandy successfully opened the doors of the Blaine branch in October 2021 and plans to expand further.

Prior to this, Brandy worked as an Associate Director at Scout & Cellar from March 2020. Brandy promoted clean-crafted wine and recruited team members.

Brandy also has experience as the CEO of Go-Go Gilbert Management, LLC since September 2016. Brandy has been responsible for the company's operations and management.

Earlier in their career, Brandy held District Manager positions at American Eagle Outfitters from April 2013 to June 2016, and at Lands' End from September 2007 to April 2013. Brandy managed multiple stores, achieved profit growth, and handled high-profile locations.

Furthermore, Brandy worked as a District Manager at Tween Brands from July 2003 to September 2007, overseeing Limited Too stores in Missouri, Indiana, and Illinois. Brandy played a role in loyalty programs and employee development.

Before that, Brandy served as a Co-Manager at Limited Brands from May 2002 to June 2003, where they co-managed one of the company's first Dual-Gender Express locations.

Brandy's career began at Abercrombie & Fitch in September 1996, where they started as a Brand Rep and progressed to a Store Manager and Leader of New Store Openings. Brandy played a crucial role in recruiting and training associates.

Brandy Baldwin-Gilbert attended Butler University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing. In 1997, they also participated in a summer internship at the University of Melbourne, focusing on a minor in Dance Performance.
