Brooke Maedel

Brooke Maedel SHRM - SCP currently serves as the Director of HR Solutions at Signal Energy Constructors, following a tenure as Manager of Total Rewards. Prior to this, Brooke held the position of Vice President at Reliance Human Capital Management, a firm specializing in HR and workforce solutions for small to medium-sized businesses. In addition to professional roles, Brooke has made significant contributions to the Junior League of Chattanooga as both Nominating Chair and Vice President of Community Engagement, focusing on community outreach and volunteer opportunities. Previous experience includes various roles at Russ Blakely & Associates, emphasizing technology integration and client services, and positions at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and the Personnel Board of Jefferson County, providing analytical support and assessment specialist expertise. Brooke holds an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a BS in Psychology from Birmingham-Southern College.
