With a background as an Army Officer and experience at Army Futures Command as a Program Director for Artificial Intelligence Applications, Jay brings a wealth of expertise in military technology and public-private partnerships. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and has furthered their education at The University of Texas at Austin and the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
