Igor Radan

Igor Radan has a wealth of experience in software engineering. In 2020, they joined Scoutible as a Full-Stack Web Developer, where they worked on building a game-based platform to assess a candidate's soft skills and increase the odds of a successful hire. Igor also improved outdated APIs written in Python and improved the codebase design by adding reusable base classes based on design pattern. From 2016 to 2020, Igor worked at soVision IT as a Senior Web Application Developer and a Web Developer. In their role as Senior Web Application Developer, they initialized and maintained the main workflow for the development process, built fully automated CI/CD pipelines on CircleCI for containerized applications using Docker and Digital Ocean Services, and led the technical team to implement Odoo modules that satisfy diverse customer needs. As a Web Developer, they served as a lead developer for building an educational marketing simulation app using Django, React, Redux, Crossbar, and Autobahn. Igor also worked in a SCRUM team and collaborated with data scientists and back-end developers to determine the best UI/UX. Before soVision IT, Igor worked as a Freelance Software Engineer at NextWidgets from 2013.

Igor Radan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Tallinn University between 2009 and 2013.
