Jay Hoffman

Jay Hoffman currently serves as the Regional Director for Central Canada at Scouts Canada, a position held since August 2015, where responsibility includes strategic and operational leadership, coaching, and mentoring for Council Leadership teams. Prior to this role, Jay was the Executive Director for Central Ontario, actively contributing to youth development through the implementation of Scouts Canada's key priorities. With extensive experience at the Heart and Stroke Foundation from June 2008 to August 2015, Jay was a Regional Manager for Ontario West and previously Area Manager for Grey Bruce Counties, focusing on relationship building and fundraising goals. Jay holds a degree in Religious Studies/Gerontology from Laurentian University and has also studied Human Resources Management at McMaster University.
