Kate Larkin

Kate Larkin is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in program management and education. Currently serving as the Director of Program & Volunteer Services and Council Relationship Manager at Scouts Canada since August 2017, Kate's work focuses on enhancing volunteer engagement and program development.
