Erica Benefield

Erica Benefield currently serves as Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at SCP Health, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Erica was Director of Compensation at McKesson from March 2023 to September 2024. Erica's previous experience includes a role as Global Head of HR Operations at Buck, where responsibilities encompassed global strategies for Engagement, Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Recognition, as well as leading North American Talent Acquisition strategies. Other notable positions include Head of Global Rewards & Corporate Culture at North Highland and Head of Compensation & HRIS at Exide Technologies, where Erica provided strategic direction for global compensation functions and managed various employee-related initiatives. Erica earned a BA in Romance Languages from The University of Georgia.
