Leah Davis

Leah Davis, SPHR, CCP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at Warner Music Group, a position held since May 2024. Additionally, Leah is an Adjunct Professor at Sacred Heart University, teaching graduate courses on Total Rewards, and an instructor for Compensation Certification Courses at WorldatWork. Previous roles include Senior Director of Global Total Rewards & Mobility at World Vision, Senior Director of Total Rewards at Samsung Electronics America, and Head of Compensation at The Guardian Life Insurance Company. Leah's professional journey also includes significant positions at Praxair, Accenture, Towers Perrin, and Pfizer, focusing on compensation strategy, program design, and management. Leah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with dual majors in Marketing and Business Administration from Northwood University and an Executive MBA from the University of New Haven.
