Ian Pilcher

Ian Pilcher currently serves as the Controller at Scratch and Peck Feeds since January 2023. With a long-standing career at Magna International, which began in 2005, Ian has held multiple roles including Launch Manager for the BMW G09 Program and Controller for Magna Seating in Detroit. Ian also has experience as a Materials Manager at Magna Seating from September 2003 to December 2004. Prior to that, Ian worked at Lear Corporation from 1994 to 2003 in various positions including Controller, Materials Manager, and Operations Manager. Ian Pilcher holds an MBA in Operations from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BSBA in Accounting from Youngstown State University.
