Jenna Debrincat

Jenna DeBrincat currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Scratch, a position held since June 2019. Prior to this role, Jenna DeBrincat was a Corporate/M&A Lawyer at MinterEllison from July 2016 to June 2019, where responsibilities included managing the full life cycle of M&A deals and capital raisings, reaching deal sizes up to AU$1.3 billion. Earlier experience also includes working as a Corporate/M&A Lawyer at K&L Gates from March 2014 to July 2016, with similar project management duties in M&A transactions. Jenna DeBrincat’s professional journey began as an Aviation Engineer at John Holland from December 2009 to February 2014, overseeing compliance for various aircraft while pursuing an Aerospace Engineering degree. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering (First Class Honours) from Monash University, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia.
