Laura Urena

Laura Urena is currently working at Scratch as the Borrower Operations Lead. Before Scratch, Laura worked at SlingShot connectionS as Customer Support and at Planful as a Customer Success Manager. Prior to that, Laura held roles at Clarity Consultants and International and Executive Programs. Laura also worked at Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy and a minor in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley.
