Anna Poole (Yong) has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to 2023. Anna began their career as a Book Seller at Barnes & Noble College in August 2014 and worked there until May 2017. Following this, they joined Starbucks as a Barista in September 2015 and remained in that role until August 2017. Anna then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Stone Brewing from August 2017 to June 2018. Anna also served as an After School Program Educator at Pasadena Unified School District from August 2018 to October 2018. Anna's next role was as a Customer Experience Specialist at Try.com, where they worked from October 2018 to January 2019.
In February 2019, Anna joined Appen as an Associate Platform Support Specialist for their Figure Eight platform, which involved collecting and labeling data for AI systems.
