Ward Osborne

Ward Osborne is the current Information Security & Data Privacy Officer at Scratchpad. Prior to this, Ward was at Intellimize from December 2019 to April 2020 where they served as the Information Security Officer / Data Privacy Officer. There, they developed and implemented a multi-framework platform for Security and Privacy that included Policies, Standards, etc. that leveraged NIST, ISO27001, CoBIT, COSO and ITIL. Ward also created an Information Security Council to drive InfoSec requirements into the business processes and created and delivered Information Security Awareness programs for general, privileged and management personnel.

At Scratchpad, Ward has continued their work in developing an effective Information Security Program. They have also overseen the growth of attestation and certification programs including AICPA SOC1 and SOC2, TrustArc Enterprise Privacy, GDPR, Privacy Shield and CSA. As the senior resource for all matters relating to Information Security and Privacy, Ward actively participates in the acquisition and retention of customers through the sales and customer success processes.

Ward Osborne has a type Executive Studies from Harvard University in Negotiation and Change Management. Ward also has a Bachelor of Arts - BA from University of California, Los Angeles in Economics / International Finance. Furthermore, they have an Economics degree from University of South Florida in Economics, Philosophy. Lastly, they are certified from ISACA in Certified Information Security Manager - CISM and certified from ISC2 in Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSP.

They are on a team with Oscar-Wyett Moore - Director of User & Customer Experience, Diane Garcia - Director of Operations, and Katherine Vasconez - Executive Assistant to CEO. Ward Osborne reports to Pouyan Salehi, CEO & Co-Founder.
