David Cockbill

David Cockbill is an experienced software designer with a robust background in both engineering and leadership roles within the software industry. Currently employed at Screaming Frog since May 2018, David previously held positions at Cisco, Renesas, Newport Networks, 3Com, and Newbridge Networks, contributing to various projects and teams over the years. Notably, at Newport Networks, David served as the Design Authority for the software team, overseeing the architecture of a resilient IP Processing Platform. David holds a Master’s degree in Communication Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, both from Swansea University.
