Mackenzie Thatcher has extensive work experience in engineering and technical operations. Before joining Active Power, Mackenzie worked as an Electrical Engineer at Applied Materials from July 2000 to March 2002, designing test platforms for semiconductor equipment.

Mackenzie began their career as an Electrical Engineer at Technical Film Systems from January 1999 to July 2000, where they developed new products for high-speed replication of theatrical film. Mackenzie upgraded existing products with the latest technology and embedded security features.
