Merrill Lutsky has a diverse work experience. In 2012, they began as a Software Development Intern at DailyFeats. Later that year, they co-founded Posmetrics, a Y Combinator-backed startup building iPad-based customer feedback solutions for retailers, restaurants, and hospitality. In 2013, they moved to Square as a Product Consultant. In 2015, they joined Oscar Insurance as a Product Manager, where they worked on doctor appointment scheduling & Electronic Health Records system integrations, our doctor search engine, telemedicine interfaces, new user on-boarding flow, insurance ID card design & manufacturing, and provider-facing software platform. In 2017, they joined SelfMade as both a Software Engineer and Product Manager. In this role, they helped to build out SelfMade's integration with Facebook's ads API, a new product to help small eCommerce stores easily run giveaways on Instagram, and led a cross-functional effort to launch SelfMade's ads product. In 2019, they moved to Product as a Product Manager. Finally, in 2020, they became Co-Founder of Graphite.

Merrill Lutsky graduated from Harvard University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Applied Math/Economics. Merrill attended Harvard University from 2011 to 2015.
