Maryanne Weeds

Maryanne Weeds has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Since 2015, they have worked as a Mathematics Tutor, providing academic support to students. In 2019, they worked as a Food Server at WeAreTalent and also gained experience as a Barista at THE COFFEE TRAVELLER LTD. In 2020, Maryanne interned at Global Justice Now and later served as a Social Media and Administrative Assistant at Victimstoo. In 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Administrator at NHS, where they handled employee records, updated databases, prepared HR documents, and ensured compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Maryanne also worked as a Property Administrator at Blenheims Estate and Asset Management Limited, overseeing administrative tasks related to property management. In 2022, they taught English as a Second Language at TEFL Iberia and worked as a Social Media Assistant at Benton Creative. Currently, they hold the position of Creative Social Media Editor at SCREENSHOT Media.

Maryanne Weeds completed their undergraduate studies in economics at the University of Birmingham from 2018 to 2021. Their focus was on Development Economics and International Development. In addition to their degree, they obtained certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from TEFL Iberia in March 2022.
