Llaura-Lee Hughes GMBPsS PPABP is an accomplished professional with significant experience in inclusion and diversity management, currently serving as the Inclusion and Diversity Manager at Screwfix since September 2024. Previously, Llaura-Lee held the same title at Hargreaves Lansdown, contributing to the DEI strategy and collaborating with senior leadership and various stakeholders.
