Heather Clark has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Heather began their career as a Private Caretaker for a Private Person in 2003. In 2005, they moved on to become an Assistant Teacher at Aloma Kids. In 2006, they took on a role as a Customer Service Representative at Spherion. In 2007, they became a Certified Medical Assistant at Dr. Priya. In 2008, they worked at Alere, Inc. as a Patient Outreach Representative, Training Logistics, Orientation Specialist, and Customer Service/Order Entry. Heather also worked as a Lead Teacher at Aloma Kids during the same year. In 2012, they became a Customer Service/Intake Specialist at Sego's Home Medical Equipment. Finally, in 2013, they took on a role as a Customer Support Representative at Scribe Healthcare Technologies, Inc., where they handled inbound and outbound calls/emails for existing business, trained new customers on the Scribe's web-based technology solutions and services, and demonstrated advanced knowledge of Scribe's medical dictation, transcription and archival solutions. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as an Enrollment Specialist at Healthfirst.

Heather Clark attended Eau Gallie High School from 1996 to 1999, where they earned their High School Diploma. Heather then attended Seminole State College of Florida from 2001 to 2003, where they studied General Studies. Heather later attended the Jack Welch Management Institute from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism.
