Jason Wang

Jason Wang has worked in a variety of roles over the past 14 years. In 2007, they began their career as a Foreign Language Teacher at Suzhou Foreign Language School. The following year, they worked as a Job Site Manager at College Pro. In 2010, they became an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In 2011, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Medical College of Georgia. In 2012, they became a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2013, they were a Process Development Engineering Co-op at Genentech. In 2014, they worked as a Business Associate Consultant and Business Analytics Associate at ZS Associates. In 2015, they became a Competitive Intelligence Manager at Genentech. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc. in various roles, including Director of Commercial Planning, Associate Director of Strategy, Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations, Manager of Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations, and Senior Financial Business Analyst. In 2021, they began their current role as Director of Strategy and Business Development at Scribe Therapeutics.

Jason Wang attended Prospect High School from 2004 to 2008, where they earned their High School Diploma. Jason then attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2008 to 2012, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Bioegineering and a minor in Mathematics. In 2012, they began attending the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they earned their Master of Science (M.S.) in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering in 2014.
