Taryn Romero McCue

Taryn Romero McCue is an experienced professional currently serving as a Hiring Specialist and Project Specialist at ScribeAmerica since September 2021, where responsibilities include reviewing medical charts for quality control and coaching new Scribes. Taryn was promoted to EHR/EMR Trainer within two months, mentoring new Scribes and creating templates for clinical documentation. Previously, Taryn worked as a Nonprofit Leadership Intern with The Borgen Project, where successful fundraising efforts were achieved, and as a Field Researcher with Women to Be, conducting impactful research on menstrual health in Zambia. Taryn also contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of New Mexico, focusing on vaccination rates and served as a Resident Advisor, fostering community engagement among students. Education is from the UNM Anderson School of Management.
