Shilpa Duvoor

Shilpa Duvoor currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Scrible, where responsibilities include scaling a high-performing Customer Success team and driving cross-functional collaboration to enhance client engagement. Previously, Shilpa held the position of Director of Client Success at Abl and worked as a Leadership Development Consultant for B2B and B2C tech companies. Shilpa's experience also includes serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Abl, where the focus was on professional learning experiences, and as Executive Director at Summit Public Schools, leading strategic planning and managing a large team. Earlier roles include Summit Learning Program Manager, History Teacher, and Development Associate at Envision Schools, where fundraising success included securing millions for educational initiatives. Shilpa earned a Master of Education from Stanford and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Williams College.
